Participation in the competition has steadily increased over the years, accounting for more than 35 countries submitting designs with approximately 150 entries in total.

The entries are exhibited at the Congress venue where all attendees, both ICA members and Congress delegates, vote for their favorite designs. The announcement of the winners is usually done at the closing Gala dinner.

The prizes are:

1st Prize Winner: US$2,000

2nd Prize Winner: US$1,500

3rd Prize Winner: US$1,000
