The Jewelers Circle Announces New Platform Features, Events and Partnerships

(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — The Jewelers Circle, announces new features and enhancements, upcoming events and industry partnerships. This new global marketplace gives dealers and retailers a place to meet, network and source rare vintage/estate jewelry, designer jewelry, loose stones, pearls, watches and other bespoke collectibles.

New Platform Features and Enhancements
The Jewelers Circle recently launched new platform functions including the addition of loose gemstones and diamonds and other enhanced functionality set to debut in late January. The core functions include browsing thousands of listings with powerful sorting, filters and searching capabilities, connection to hundreds of top dealers from across the world, watchlists to save products and the ability to post calls for specific product to preferred dealers or the whole network and connect directly with exhibitors.

New features include:

  • Loose Gemstones and Diamonds – an assortment of loose gemstones and diamonds are available in the categories of colored stones, white diamonds, colored diamonds, natural pearls and cultured pearls. Laboratory reports are included with select stones.
  • 24 Hour Best Offer Items – a new feature to bid on products from exhibitors with reserve price points available for a limited time. Both retailers and exhibitors can submit offers for 24-hours, and the highest bidder will have the ability to purchase directly from the exhibitor. The Jewelers Circle does not take commissions on transactions from the Best Offer Items.
  • The Circle Newsfeed – an aggregated newsfeed to include information and special promotions from partners as well as updates on the newest products and exhibitors on the platform.
  • Increased Searchability – additional filters and sorting features to source specific products for vintage and designer contemporary categories, in addition to attributes such as environmentally responsible, conflict free, artisan made and custom jewelry.

Upcoming Digital Showcase Events
With live trade show cancellations like the Miami antique shows in January and the Tucson gem shows in February, the Jewelers Circle will be hosting virtual events and education to encourage retailers and trade professionals to discover and merchandise during those times, new platform features will debut for the events.

The upcoming South Beach + South West virtual event showcase will celebrate the missed antique and gemstone market weeks digitally from January 28 – February 6, 2021. The Jewelers Circle invites all industry professionals to attend these two upcoming live webinars, followed by audience questions.
